Egg White Crustless Quiche | Recipe | Recipes, Quiche recipes, Healthy  breakfast options

Elements for six servings:
8 egg whites (reserve yolks for baking later)
½ cup Entire Milk
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ cup diced onion
Black Pepper, to style
1 cup shredded Gruyere Cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 cups steamed Natural Child Spinach, squeeze out extra moisture
½ cup Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, halved
4 items Roasted Crimson Peppers, sliced in strips
6 items of turkey bacon (chopped)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Roast the crimson peppers for about half-hour. (may also be charred on a gasoline range or grill to avoid wasting time)
2. Prepare dinner the onion and garlic in a pan sprayed with Pam for a couple of minutes till tender.
3. Beat collectively Egg Whites, milk and cheese. Add the onion, bacon, and garlic.
4. Layer spinach, peppers and tomatoes and peppers in a buttered deep dish glass pie plate, arranging prime layer attractively. Rigorously pour egg combination over layers.
5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes till a knife inserted in heart comes out clear. Let sit quarter-hour earlier than reducing.
