We’re heading into February, which is Celebration of Chocolate Month! Truthfully for us, chocolate is worthy of celebration each day of the 12 months 🍫
In honor of this month, we’re sharing just a few of our favourite chocolate smoothies. These are all made with plant-based, gluten-free, clear Chocolate Tone It Up Protein. They style decadent and chocolate-y AND ship numerous protein, which implies they make it easier to refuel post-workout, kind lean muscle, and rev your metabolism!
Banana Break up Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Tone It Up Protein
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 Tbsp. pure nut butter
- ½ frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all components collectively in a blender and mix till clean.
Mocha Latte Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almond milk ice cubes (simply freeze almond milk in ice dice trays!)
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 scoop Chocolate Tone It Up Protein
- ½ cup frozen banana slices (elective to make bowl creamier)
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
- Espresso beans
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Place all components in a blender and mix till clean.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. every cocoa nibs, espresso beans, and coconut flakes.
- If you wish to get fancy, you’ll be able to draw hearts in your bowl with espresso. Have enjoyable with it!
Choco Berry Smoothie Bowl
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Chocolate Tone It Up Protein
- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups contemporary or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (or 1 frozen banana, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
TOPPINGS (elective)
- Cocoa nibs
- Chia seeds
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all components collectively in a blender and mix till clean.
- Add toppings and revel in!
